CANCELLATION FEE POLICY

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, full refund except, if paid by credit card, then 10% of fee will be charged.
If cancelled 29 to 21 days before date of arrival, 50 % will be charged.
If cancelled 20 to 14 days before date of arrival, 75 % will be charged.
If cancelled 13 days or later before date of arrival 100 % will be charged or in case of no-show, 100 % will be charged.
